I went to see Dr. Stasch because of an issue with my hand and the moment I made the appointment up to when I was home pain free, I felt in best hands with the amazing team of Dr. Stasch. Everyone was extremly friendly, the team is very well organised and highly professional. The clinic itself has the most modern equipment, the atmosphere is calm and quiet and although there were some patients waiting for Dr. Stasch he gave me the feeling of being completely concentrated on my issue and to have all time to discuss with me whatever question I had regarding a possible surgery. I felt in very good hands, his expertise is amazing and also when I was pain free at home and still had a question regarding the the follow-up care, I received prompt and very helpful answers. I had a very pleasant experience from the parking attendant interaction to saying goodbye as I exited the facility. The receptionist were very delightful and helpful from the moment I showed interest in booking a consultation all the way to checking in and taking me back to meet with Dr Stasch. Superb customer service. The nurse I met with before seeing Dr Stasch was amazing too! But the highlight of it all was actually meeting with Dr Tillman Stasch. He genuinely met with me addressing all my needs and concerns. Pulled up prior surgery before and after pics of my desired procedure and just overall took his time in explaining his suggestions and best plan to meet my needs. Even though I knew he had other patients to see, I definitely did not feel rushed. I felt like I had his undivided attention during my entire consult, and I appreciated that a lot.
