Alma East Africa Launch by Asian Weekly
Alma Lasers was launched in East Africa by local partner Dawa Life Sciences on 4th May. Alma is the global market leader in aesthetic solutions via laser-based devices.
The event was a combination of an introduction to laser-based devices. The presenters consisted of international sales and clinical managers from Alma Global, the local distributor’s team from Dawa Life Sciences and East Africa Key Opinion Leader (KOL) – Dr. Tilman Stasch, a board-certified plastic surgeon in Kenya with over 20 years experience in aesthetic medicine and plastic surgery.
The event was aimed at launching the brand and two of Alma’s best selling devices into
the East African market – the Alma Soprano Titanium Special Edition and the Alma
Harmony XL Pro Special Edition.
Sachi Mohindra of Dawa Life Sciences is the local brand manager for Alma in East Africa. Alma has a presence in over 100 countries globally, has more than 20 years in the industry, and over 50 patents and more than 160 clinical publications to support its technologies.
The Alma East Africa launch event was held at The Den, DusitD2, Nairobi.
